We have complete production line and testing equipment, including auto cutting machine, auto drill machine and laser cutting machine etc
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
● If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then our technical engineer will make the production parts list according to the drawing. Then the workshop manage to produce according to the part list.
● If customer have no drawing, we need talk with customers to know his details requirements, including greenhouse size, height,, what crops he plan to plant, what is the local weather etc. Then our technical engineer design the drawing and issue the parts list to workshop.
The workshop manager will arrange different parts into different machines to produce.
Most of our machines are auto control and write program to control part dimension and tolerance, so the parts have high quality. The production flow as bellow: Raw Material Test → Cutting Material → Welding → Necking → Bending → Packaging
Then we will ship our goods, which always in 20GP or 40HQ container, so we suggest your greenhouse size is about 1000 square meter to meet 20GP container to save sea freight.
We can accept payment T/T, L/C; lead time is 10-30 days based on difference greenhouse size; We can provide you professional technical support. And our products quality gurantee for greenhouse steel frame is 20 years.
