Step 1: Before the construction of the film greenhouse, it is necessary to measure and lay out the positioning reference points, determine the outline and axis of the greenhouse, and set control piles at both ends of each axis. This step is to ensure the accuracy and standardization of the greenhouse construction.
Lay out the lines to find the position of the columns, dig the foundation pit, the general size is 50*50*60cm, fill the pit with concrete and place the embedded parts. The height of the embedded parts is based on the slope of 5/1000. After the concrete is completely solidified after curing for 7-15 days, the steel frame is installed.
The second step: installation of steel frame columns: This is the first step in the construction of the above-ground part of the film greenhouse. The columns mainly bear the weight of the entire greenhouse. The columns are selected according to the meteorological conditions of the greenhouse location and the load-bearing requirements of the crops planted. The spacing between the columns of the conventional multi-span film greenhouse is generally 4*8 meters. 60*80*2.5mm, 50*100*2.5mm, 100*100*3.0mm hot-dip galvanized square tubes are commonly used specifications.
Water tank construction: The water tank is formed by cold bending of steel plate, with a length of 4 meters. It is an important part of the greenhouse roof drainage and bearing the top weight. It is also the most prone to rust. It is difficult to replace it alone after rusting. Therefore, the water tank is made of galvanized sheet with a long service life or hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment after steel plate processing and forming. There is a special mounting seat fixed to the top of the column by hot-dip galvanized bolts, and the joints between the water tanks are sealed with sealant.
Arch construction: The span of a greenhouse is usually 8 meters. The arch is usually a 32mm diameter hot-dip galvanized round tube. One meter/piece is fixed to the top of the water tank with hot-dip galvanized bolts by special installation accessories. Tie rod construction: The common specifications of tie rods are 32mm and 25mm diameter hot-dip galvanized round tubes. Each row of arches is generally installed with 3-5 rows of longitudinal tie rods, one row in the middle, and the remaining two sides are evenly divided. The arch and tie rods are fixed at 90° with special accessories. At this point, the construction of the skeleton part has been completed.
Plastic film construction: The plastic films covering the greenhouse are mainly PO film and PEP film. PEP film is mostly used in the south, and PO film is mostly used in the north. The thickness is mostly 12 threads and 15 threads. The film has good elasticity, so try to install the film in spring, summer and autumn. The film installed at this time has small expansion space, the installed mirror effect is good, the light transmittance is good and it is not easy to be damaged. The installation should be done in windless weather. After the film is fixed on all sides, it needs to be fixed in the middle with a film pressing rope, with a spacing of 2 meters.
Door and window construction: According to the design and use requirements of the greenhouse, the doors and windows are constructed and installed.
The above steps are for reference only. The specific construction steps may vary depending on the design, geographical location, climatic conditions and other factors of the greenhouse. Before constructing a film greenhouse, it is recommended to consult professionals or relevant institutions to ensure the smooth progress of the construction process.
