The fan/wet curtain cooling system utilizes the principle of water evaporation for cooling purposes.
The wet curtain is installed at the north end of the greenhouse and the fan is installed at the south end of the greenhouse. When cooling is required, the fan is activated by the command of the control system, forcing the indoor air out, causing negative pressure; at the same time, the water pump hits the water on the opposite wet curtain wall. When the outdoor air is sucked into the room by the negative pressure, it passes through the gap of the wet curtain at a certain speed, resulting in evaporation of water and cooling, and the cold air flows through the greenhouse, absorbing the indoor heat, and then discharged by the fan, so as to achieve the purpose of circulating cooling.
Basic configuration
Wet curtain: height 1500mm, thickness 150mm, length 36000mm, including aluminum alloy frame. Under the condition of good maintenance, the service life is 5-10 years. Water pump: 1 set, single power 1.1kW. pool: 1, 2 meters long, 2 meters wide, 2 meters deep.
Wet curtain outside the set of aluminum alloy side-opening window, side window is located in the north wall outside the wet curtain, side window height: 2 meters; all side window vents are installed with 25 mesh anti-insect nets.
Fans: Domestic 1380mm axial fans are used, installed in the greenhouse end façade. A total of 5 sets. Exhaust volume 43800m3/h/set, single power 0.75kw.
